FAQ
Frequently asked questions
-
How do you schedule monthly visits?
We coordinate with the project superintendent, lock dates a week in advance, and adjust around weather or active operations. -
What deliverable formats do you provide?
JPEG and DNG raw stills, MP4 video. Files organized by date in your preferred cloud folder. -
Do you carry insurance?
Yes — $1M liability. We can name your project as additional insured and provide a COI. -
Can you reroute around active operations or no-fly zones?
Yes. We handle Part 107 LAANC authorization for controlled airspace and plan routes that avoid active crane swing radius and personnel. -
Can you do specific fly-throughs or shot lists?
Absolutely. Send a shot list ahead of the visit, or we'll build one with you on the first walkthrough.
