What areas do you serve?
Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah. Travel outside that area is available — we’ll quote a small travel fee. -
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot, $1M liability insurance. We can name your project as additional insured and provide a COI. -
How much advance notice do you need?
Most shoots can be scheduled within 2-3 days. Same-week is usually possible for shorter shoots. Larger productions need 1-2 weeks lead time. -
What's your turnaround time?
Photos typically delivered within 24 hours. Video typically 3-5 business days. Same-day rush available for an additional $99. -
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor forecasts the day before. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule at no charge. Light overcast often produces the best aerial light. -
Can I get raw footage?
Yes — raw clips are available as an add-on. Typical raw footage delivery is +$199. -
Do you offer twilight or sunset shoots?
Yes. Our Real Estate Luxury tier includes a twilight or golden-hour shoot, and it’s available as an add-on for any package (+$99). -
How are photos delivered?
Edited photos in JPEG format, plus full-resolution originals when needed. Video as MP4 (H.264) in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 versions for marketing work. Files delivered via shared cloud folder. -
Can you fly over property you don't own?
We can fly in public airspace consistent with FAA Part 107 rules. For shoots involving private property other than yours, we’ll ensure proper permissions before the flight. -
Do you provide MLS-sized files for real estate?
Yes. Every real estate package includes properly sized files for MLS upload along with full-resolution originals. -
Do you do indoor drone work?
Most of our work is outdoor aerial. Indoor drone work is possible for specific projects — please reach out with details and we’ll quote it. -
